Dealing with death can be a very stressful time for you and your family and it is essential that your estate is dealt with quickly and efficiently. We can offer help in reducing this burden by advising you on inheritance tax and estate planning, acting as your executor or completing the administration work to apply for probate. If you are a named executor, we have a good relationship with legal advisors and can work with them to make the administration both quicker and more cost-effective. Should you wish, we are able to help you with all of the paperwork involved in dealing with the Estate, and we are always happy to assist you in any we can. We are very experienced in preparing the Estate Accounts, and Tax Returns, and are able to prepare the various tax certificates that may be needed if income is distributed from an Estate. The calculation of any Inheritance Tax liability is an area where we can also assist, and we can also help to ensure that all appropriate reliefs are claimed.
We regularly complete Entry and Organic Entry Level Stewardship applications, and can advise on Higher Level applications.
